Coach Jane Morris has an incredible record of 725-218 over her forty plus years at Cardinal Spellman HS. Her teams have won 20 Division Titles, 5 Archdiocesan Championships, 3 CHSAA State Titles and a Federation Title in 1999. Coach Morris has served on the NYS Catholic High School Athletic Association Executive Committee for more than 25 years and as basketball chairperson for her section for 35 years. She is a member of the Girls CHSAA Hall of Fame. She was co-founder of the CHSAA girls’ division in the late 1970’s. Coach Morris was honored by the NYSAAA in 2013 and has been named Coach of the Year by the New York Daily News, The New York Post and the Bronx Times on multiple occasions. Coach Morris has had many student athletes compete at the Collegiate level and is most proud to have coached so many fine young women over the years.
