Coach Bruen led Colgate to three regular season Patriot League titles, two Patriot Tournaments, and two NCAA appearances in nine seasons. Previously Bruen led Catholic University to 110 wins in seven seasons. He received many honors and awards during his coaching career including Colgate’s Howard Hartman Coaching Award. The Basketball Coaches Association of New York has named its Division I Men’s Coach of the Year Award in his honor.
