Harold Bradley, 2007

Hartwick College, Duke University & University of Texas

 

Coach Harold Bradley led his teams to over 500 wins, recording numerous championships at both the high school and collegiate levels. He began his coaching career at Georgetown HS (NY) where he coached both the boys’ and girls’ teams. He went to Norwich HS (INY) in the 1940’s and then to Hartwick College, where he is a member of their Hall of Fame. He was the head coach at Duke University when the ACC was formed and has one of the best winning percentages in ACC history. He completed his career at the University of Texas. Coach Bradley was a member of the US Olympic Basketball Committee, the Board of Directors of the National Association of Basketball Coaches, and the UPI basketball rating board.
