Coach Jeff Baier led Downsville to over 300 wins in his 20+ years. His teams won 8 League and 3 Section IV Titles. From 2000-2004 Coach Baier led the Eagles to an 88-9 record that included 4 League and 3 Section Championships. He has served in many League and Section positions including Section IV President.  He served as Delaware League Basketball Chairman for 18 years, and has been on the Section 4 Basketball Committee for 30 years. He is a member of the Section IV Basketball Committee (Co-Chair), and the NYSPHSAA Basketball Committee.  He has been honored with numerous awards.
